Shipping, Delivery and Returns
ORDER & PAYMENT
For any questions regarding a product or order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer Service: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. *(excluding Christmas Day and New Year Day) Please quote your order number and we will deal with your enquiry within 24h.
To check your order status, click and sign into your Account and then click Review and cancel orders. You will be able to view the status and contents of any orders that you have made. If your order is incomplete or damaged, please contact us within 3 working days.
Where possible our team will get your order out to you within 3 working days.
Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your order during or after busy periods (public holiday, sales). Only Monday to Friday are classed as working days. If a Saturday or Sunday delivery order is placed after 12 noon on Friday, it will not be dispatched until Monday and therefore will be delivered on the Saturday or Sunday of the following week.
Flat rate for all orders - £3.99
Using Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please note: Due to the current coronavirus situation, Royal Mail is no longer asking the recipient to sign for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020, however this service allows us to still track your order. ***Delivery aim 3-5 working days
Orders total value £50 or more - FREE
***All delivery charges are subject to change and our Customer Service team will contact you before despatching your parcel should this be the case. All prices charged are in GBP.
At www.antiqueologist.com we hope you will be pleased with your products. If there is a need to return item(s) bought from us, in order to receive an exchange or refund the following process must be followed:
Notification of problems should be made to our Customer Service Team by email email@example.com within 3 working days of your items being delivered.
We will only issue a refund on receipt of the returned product within 14 days of the date of receipt to the return address: Antiqueologist Ltd. PO Box 802, REDHILL RH1 9JY
www.antiqueologist.com is not liable for a delivery charge for an unwanted item.
If the returns procedure has not been followed correctly, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The product must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging.
The product must not have been used.
It is in a fully resalable condition
Please note: products that are preloved and marked USED on the website cannot be returned for a refund unless they are faulty.
